Well hello my loyal blog readers! At least I assume anyone reading this must be, since I’ve gone about 3 weeks without an update!

I’ve had a busy couple of weeks with work, a vacation, and a sick daughter. Everyone is feeling better now and things have settled down, generally speaking, so I’m hoping to get back to regular blogging.

I’ve dabbled in Minecraft a little bit lately, but now that my absolute obsession with it has tempered, I find myself getting back into Starcraft 2 more. I’m horribly rusty though, to the point that I’m having to look up hotkeys while playing to remember them. I’m sure I’ll be playing it a bit more now though.

I’ve also recently started watching some let’s play videos for Terraria, and that looks like a really awesome game as well. It really has a 2D Minecraft feel to it, but a lot more adventure and danger it would seem. I may think about picking it up from steam sometime soon.

Oh and before I forget, sounds like Minecraft Update 1.6 is not far off at all! I haven’t been following this one all that closely, but I hear it’ll have a lot of bug fixes. Also trap doors, and possibly the Nether in SMP? I’m not sure if Notch will get that going 100% before the update, but it could be! That is kinda big news for multiplayer servers, though I hope it doesn’t up the system requirements too much.

Anyway, mostly wanted to get something posted on here quickly so people know I haven’t given up! I’ll be putting together some new full-sized posts soon now, just gotta get back into the swing of things!
